10+1 Steps How To Proceed

 

In following 10+1 steps we will guide you how to proceed the whole proccess from idea to delivery of your promotional goods.

First select the item suitable for you - we have selection of our regular items with fast delivery and lower minimum order quantity or you can think about tailor made promotional product which will meet your special requirements.

1. Product selection

  • Tailor made - (according to customer requirements)
  • Standard products - (our regular items with fast delivery and lower MOQ) Please specify the item you are interested in. Here is the list of information we need. When specifying item please keep in mind - the more details and information you will provide to us, the better quotation you will get.

2. Product specification -

  • Item specification - item description, size, photo (or drawing if product is to be developed according scatch), material, color
  • Logo - type of branding (silk screen, laser, embroidery…), position and size of logo, number of colors, artwork 
  • Budget
  • Quantity
  • Requested delivery date
  • Other requirements - certificates, audits, special packaging

3. Design (optional) This is the +1 step :-). In case you have only an idea of the product which is to be developed as totally new, send us the design or sketch. 

4. Quotation - According information we get from you we will send you the quotation.

5. Sample order - Before production of tailor made products we recommend our customers to order the sample first - to confirm the logo imprint and position, material etc.

6. Sample delivery - Once the sample is ready we will check it before sending to you with possible comments or recommendations.

7. Sample approval - Sample is approved and the production can start accordingly.

8. Order confirmation - Order contains detailed product information as well as the agreed business and delivery terms.

9. Production - We are tracking the production and informing you about progress.

10. Quality control - According the production we are arranging inline and pre-shipment quality inspections.

11. Delivery - We inform you before the goods are ready for shipment and arrange the delivery according to agreed terms.
